HOW TO USE YOUR OAKO DESK?

STEP I

STAND UP STRAIGHT WITH YOUR SHOULDERS BACK

Stand up straight while keeping your shoulders back, and allowing your arms to hang naturally by your side.

STEP II

LIFT OR LOWER THE HEIGHT ADJUSTABLE DESK TO MEET YOUR ELBOW HEIGHT

Angle your elbows at a 90' degree position, keeping your neck neutral and your wrists straight in front of you. Lift or lower the standing desk to meet your elbow height parallel with the desk surface.

STEP III

REMEMBER! YOUR WRISTS SHOULD ALWAYS

REMAIN NEUTRAL

The final adjustments are to ensure your wrists remain neutral. Your fingers can hang down to meet your keyboard, but your wrists should never be inclined or disinclined.

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU ADJUST YOUR DESK HEIGHT CORRECTLY WHILE YOU ARE SITTING

STEP IV

ADJUST THE CHAIR HEIGHT CORRECTLY

Your chair height needs to be adjusted in a way that the top of the seat is parallel to the base of your knees while keeping your feet flat on the floor.

STEP V

MEET YOUR ELBOW HEIGHT

Angle your elbows at a 90-degree position while keeping your neck neutral and your wrists straight in front of you. Lift or lower the standing desk to meet your elbow height parallel with the desk surface. Make sure your hands float over the surface in a relaxed position.

STEP VI

WATCH YOUR POSTURE

Ensure that you are using your ergonomic desk correctly while sitting. You must watch your posture! Your back must be straight and supported by the chair's backrest.
